The months of June and July were packed with brigades.  We had teams from the following churches: Snellville Church of Christ, Georgia, Southside Church of Christ, KY, Southside Church of Christ, TX, Legacy Church of Christ, TX, and Pine Tree Church of Christ, TX. We had a team with Disciple Trips, which is made up of people from various churches, and we had VCOM, which is a medical school. We were able to serve hundreds of children with VBS, basketball clinics, English classes and lots of love. We served a collective total of 3,472 people with medical consults. We gave away approximately 1000 pairs of reading glasses and removed over 800 teeth. The most important thing our visiting teams accomplished was to be Jesus to those they served. A loving touch, smile, and a kind word (even with the language barrier) are all the way people were valued and seen. We are so thankful for each person and group for the valuable ways they touched the people with whom we have the privilege of sharing Jesus. Thank you!
