Phil and Donna were invited by the brothers and sisters in Cozumel, Mexico to speak at a conference that included several congregations of the island as well as the mainland. Phil and Donna, along with their small children, lived and worked in Cozumel from 1998 till 2003. The church was established during that time and a nice building constructed. During this same time frame Phil and Donna founded Cuidad de Angeles, an orphanage for children. During the visit, they were also able to visit and meet the newly appointed director for Cuidad de Angeles. The week went by fast and was filled up with worship, teaching, and much fellowship. Seeing people they had not seen for several years was the highlight.
