After being in Santa Rosa de Copán for over 10 years, Elsie and Tyler Harbison have decided to transition back to the U.S. Tyler has served the past 2 years as director of Project Moses. Elsie served for several years as Phil’s executive assistant. Their contributions to Mission UpReach, as well as Project Moses, are too numerous to mention. They will be leaving behind a great legacy that will last into many future generations. Tyler and Elsie came as a newly married couple. Today they are blessed to be parents to 5 beautiful children. They will all be missed.
We are grateful to God for providing Kerlin Aquilar as the next Project Moses director. Kerlin has worked with Mission UpReach for 11 years in various roles, the most recent being Brigade Coordinator. Kerlin has a passion for forming young people into the image of Christ. His life-partner and wife, Mayra, is one of his greatest assets. Mayra is already involved with the boys as a counselor, making them a great fit for this new season at Project Moses.
